A unique program for all ages blending the healing qualities of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Meditation, Shaolin Kung Fu and Traditional Chinese Medicine to fine tune and recharge your mental, physical and spiritual health.

Cost is $90.00 per person for Stow residents-$95.00 non residents for the 8 week session. Classes are on-going so you may join at any time.
